Japan's first Pyongyang cold noodle shop has been in business for over 70 years. They serve genuine chilled noodles that they start making only after receiving an order. Cold noodles were developed in the northern part of the Korean Peninsula, where rice yields are low. The unique noodles are made with wheat and buckwheat flour. It is said to have started with a soup stock made from gently lacto-fermented kimchi broth. Its refreshing tartness and the plumpness of the noodles make it a favorite in summer and winter alike. Many people add vinegar or doubanjiang (broad bean chili sauce) to season it just the way they like.

食べログで冷麺のランキングを調べると1位だったのでわざわざな方まで行ってきました。確かに冷麺はもっちりしていて美味しくいただけます。焼肉もオーダーできるので、あっさりとこってりを楽しめました。クレジットカードや電子マネーは使えません。
スープ美味しい

だしの効いたスープ、最初はそのまま、あと酢を加えていただきました。飽きずに最後まで麺との相性はバッチリです。麺は韓国の今風の極細麺ではなく、昔ながらの硬い中麺ですが、食べにくさはありません。1人でしたが、女性同士の相席にしていただき、すぐ入れました。
一番美味しい平壌冷麺！

いろんな焼肉屋さんで冷麺を食べましたが、ここの平壌冷麺が断トツで美味しいと思います。だいたいのお客さんは大を注文しますが、この日は焼肉も頂いたので小で。お肉も分厚いのに柔らかくて美味しいです。冷麺好きの方はぜひ一度訪れてみてください。
