Operated by the adjoining Kakihara Poultry Farm egg wholesaler, the restaurant serves hearty and filling takoyaki octopus dumplings. The restaurant's signature takoyaki is made with an abundance of eggs, resulting in exquisite treats that are wonderfully fluffy. Customers rave that the crisp texture of the sliced onions topping the restaurant's large onion takoyaki dumplings is addicting. The restaurant's karaage-style takoyaki dumplings have huge chunks of locally-caught octopus bursting out of them and delight with the fresh, innate chewy texture and flavor of the octopus.

たまご屋さんのたこ焼きということもありたまごたっぷり！明石焼とたこ焼きの間のような味です。素材の味を感じる素朴であるが無性に食べたくなる味です。

サイクリングの途中にふらっと来店。たこ焼き・玉ねぎトッピングたこ焼き・ジャンボ揚げたこ入りたこ焼きの3種類がありました。ジャンボ揚げたこ入りたこ焼きに玉ねぎをトッピング。たこ焼きの美味しさはもちろんですが、淡路島の新玉ねぎの美味しさに驚き。臭みが全くなく、生でもすっきり食べられました。車では素通りしてしまいそうなので、事前に調べてから行ってみて下さい！

ゴールデンウィーク中の昼過ぎに寄りました。先客は居ましたが、待ち時間は苦にならない程度。3種類のたこ焼きがありますが、全て注文しました。男性4人でシェアして丁度良い量でした。味はもちろん美味です！
