It boards and departs from the Mojiko Pier on the Kitakyushu side and from the Shimonoseki Karato No. 1 Pier on the Shimonoseki side. The crossing time is approximately five minutes. 下関唐戸桟橋からふくまる号に乗船しました。人道トンネルでしか渡ったことなく乗船は初めてです。曇り空でやや波もありましたが２階席で風を感じました。わずかな時間ですが関門橋や門司港の街並みをいつもと違う角度から見え面白かったです。
