A tea house located on the inner grounds of Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine. They serve the local Dazaifu specialty Umegaemochi treat (a bean paste filled rice dumpling that is compressed and grilled) along with their Oishi bento box lunch, udon and soba noodles, and more. The shop's name comes from the woman who founded the tea house and who was also called one of Chikuzen's Three Beauties.

太宰府天満宮参拝後、境内裏手を散策中に発見。その裏の神社を参拝した後に、梅ヶ枝餅とお茶のセットをいただきました。天気がよかったので、外にある小上がりで。気持ちよかったな。と、ここは「かしわうどん」が美味しいそうですね、うどんマップで見ました。今度は、必ず食べたいですね。

大宰府天満宮を訪れたら必ずセットで来ています。名物は福岡発祥といわれる柔らかいうどん。スープも出汁がよく効いていて美味です。日中の晴れたときに外の楠の下で食べると風流があり、ここで食べないと天満宮に来た気がしないくらいの場所です。元々は、地元大宰府の知人に初めて訪れた際に紹介されたのがきっかけ。大宰府天満宮を訪れたら裏側に回って是非とも昔ながらのお食事処を訪れてほしい。参道の賑やかさと切り離され...

参拝した後は、そのまま裏手に抜けて道なりに進むと、一番奥に、お石茶屋があります。ここまで来ると、参拝者も少なく静かな場所です。いつも抹茶セットをいただいています。
