This famous destination for viewing plum blossoms is located in Shindachikin'yuji, Sennan City. Adjoining the Kin'yuji Temple grounds, this grove of plum trees was planted in the early Edo period and comes into beautiful bloom each year from late February to mid-March.

毎年、梅の花見に行きます。適度な坂道と見晴らしの良い場所、いろとりどりの梅、と癒しのスポットです。盆梅を庭で公開しているお家もあります。近所にこういう場所があって幸せです。

ひなびた梅林です。
まだ三分咲き程度でしたが、
暖かい1日で、のんびり散策できました。
駐車場から、少し登っていきます。
ピクニックでお弁当を持って来ている人、
写真を撮っている人、思い思いに楽しんでおられました。

最寄りの和泉砂川駅からバスで20分ほどかけて行きました。梅の満開期でも、そこまで人がいなくてゆっくりできますね。バスの本数がかなり少ないので要注意です!
