Tenryu Hamanako Railroad
"This local Shizuoka train line is nicknamed the ""Tenhama Line."" The line connects Kakegawa Station in Kakegawa City with Shinjohara Station in Kosai City, passing through Tenryu-Futamata Station in Hamamatsu City's Tenryu Ward along the way. The 67.7-meter-long line is dotted with 36 designated National Tangible Cultural Properties, and riders rave about the beautiful scenery beyond the train's windows as well as its nostalgic atmosphere. In 1998, facilities inside the Tenryu-Futamata Station were designated a National Tangible Cultural Property; later, in 2011, the station building itself as well as its platforms; and the bridges, tunnels, and other major facilities along the entire train line were also designated National Tangible Cultural Properties."
