In one area of ""Shimizu Sushi Museum"", which was born as Japan's first sushi theme park, eight vendors in different styles, from conveyor sushi restaurant to genuine Edo-style sushi, are arrayed. It's a nice treat that you can partake of fresh fish in the form of Shimizu's proud sushi at a shop you want. In the ""Sushi Gakudo"" part of the museum, which requires a fee, you can learn about the history and culture of sushi."
