Yokosuka navy curry is a modern recreation of the recipe used by the former Japanese navy, and each restaurant which serves it has its own version. The Yokosuka navy curry served here has an old-fashioned flavor and contains plenty of beef tendon so tender it melts in your mouth. As you might expect from a meat shop, its meats are acclaimed for their flavor. The shop also sells takeout bento box meals.
