"This ramen shop founded in 1970 was the first of several restaurants opened by the Ajikobo Misono group in the prefecture. It has continued to serve ""nostalgic yet innovative"" ramen that combines a soup that has remained unchanged for decades with the latest culinary techniques. Their carefully crafted tonkotsu (pork bone) soup, which is made by boiling choice Kagoshima pork bones in a hagama pot for hours, can fairly be called the original flavor that defines Misono. Their noodles, which are made from a blend of choice domestic flour, pair extremely well with their toppings, which are prepared with the utmost attention to quality and safety. Another popular offering is their maguro ramen, a Kushikino delicacy featuring a soup made by boiling tuna heads and vegetables for hours."

土曜日の12時に訪問したが外まで待ち行列。用事を済ませ13時30分ぐらい再訪するとすぐに案内された。鹿児島の名物グルメの一つ黒豚。黒豚ロースかつランチ1573円を注文かごしま黒豚はさつま芋で肥育され豊富な旨味。肉は程よく締まっており脂はまろやか。このアンバランスはいい。地方それぞれの名物グルメ巡りは楽しい。

国道３号沿い。鮪ラーメンで夙に有名。連休中日お昼前到着。店外１０名以上待ちの大盛況。店頭のネームリストに記帳し根気よく順番待ち。駐車場は数十メートル離れた砂利敷き第２駐車場含めほぼ満車。まぐろ特別定食１，２００円は、半まぐろラーメン、ご飯、里豚餃子５個、鶏唐揚げ２個、ふわとろ杏仁豆腐付き。まぐろ大好きという殿方にはオールスターまぐろラーメン１，４００円が感謝祭状態で超お薦め。熟年カップルも散見...

いちき串木野市の神村学園駅のすぐ近くにあるレストランです。平日のランチタイムに一人で行きましたが、待たずにすぐ座れました。名物のまぐろラーメンがあっさりしていておいしかったです。
