Yanagisawa Shuzo
A brewery in Fukazu, Kasukawa Town, Maebashi City. The brewery was founded in 1877. They've been carefully making sweet-tasting sake for generations and their labels include their Joshu-ichi Katsuragawa, a sake made with glutinous rice using traditional techniques unique to the region.
