Their soba menu includes options such as their Kinoko-Zanmai (Full of Mushrooms), made with the local specialty maitake mushrooms, and their Vegetable Tempura Seiro, featuring seasonal organically grown vegetables. All dishes allow you to choose from either the stone-ground 100% buckwheat soba noodles or their hand-ground Hikigurumi soba noodles. カフェ風でおしゃれなお蕎麦屋さん

お蕎麦はさらしな、9割ソバ、挽きぐるみの田舎そばを選ぶことができ、わさびはその場でおろすわさびなどにこだわっていました。入り口付近ではジャズが小さく流れ、テラス席もあったりおしゃれな器を使ったりしている点で総合4星としました。

草津温泉に行く途中に混んでるなと思って…帰り道に空いていたのでお邪魔しました。まるでおしゃれな喫茶店かと思うような店内から裏庭に通されました。小川が流れる森からはキジの鳴き声が聞こえてとても落ち着く場所でした。十割そばが出来上がるまでにわさびをすり下ろしたりとても楽しく過ごしました。蕎麦ものど越しがよくとてもおいしいです。大人の蕎麦屋という感じです。

サイクリングの途中で美味しい蕎麦が食べたくなったので探したらありました。ここ七草です。建物は新しいですオープンして5年と言うことでした。中も古い民家を思わせるような、作りになっています。すっきりした、店内で好感がもてます。時間も遅かったので、お客さんもまばらですが、表に待合もあり名前を書く所もあったので、結構休日には混むのでしょうね。蕎麦は、石挽き十割と更科と挽きぐるみと三種類から...
