Good taste but poor service

I come 1st time here.It’s small Izakaya restaurant.Each cuisine was good taste.But shop assistant were not enough.So I must wait order, offer beer & dishes.

草津に観光で行った際に利用しました。土曜の夜で、予約をしてなかったので、ネットで調べてよさそうなところへ。席はあいてなかったけれど、予約という形で7:30〜8:00の間に席が空き次第連絡すると。この30分の間ずーっと携帯気にしなきゃいけないので、次からは予約しようと思いました。土曜のためか、平日もなのかわかりませんが、席は1.5時間制、1時間でラストオーダーになります。ゆっくりしたい...
もつ煮込み辛口美味しい

ユバも美味しかったです。湯畑から歩いて8分くらい。コスパも良かったです。禁煙ルームがないので星３つです。
