This ramen restaurant can be reached by walking west from the Hinoharamura Yakuba-mae bus stop and taking a left at the intersection. The longstanding establishment opened in 1946 and continues to serve noodles made by hand according to a unique method invented by the original owner based on a traditional technique learned from a Chinese master. The restaurant offers shoyu (soy sauce) and shio (salt) Chukamen-style ramen; as well as soba and udon noodles both zaru-style (served on a draining basket) and in hot broth with shiitake mushrooms. Other menu selections include a landlocked masu salmon combo meal, and fish broiled with salt.

冷やし中華もなかなか

檜原村含め、初めて伺いました。バスに少し長く乗って本宿役場前のバス停で降り、悩まずすぐ到着できました。お店では、暑かったため冷やし中華を食べましたがなかなか美味しいでした。ヤマメ塩焼きも食べまして、これまた美味しかったです。また来たいですね。
クリア黄金色

武蔵五日市駅からはバスで約20分ほどのロケーション。「わんたんめん」をいただきました。煮干しがほのかに香るスープはすっきりクリア黄金色。醤油の優しい味わいが、喉越しのいい手打ち麺によく絡む、昔ながらのスタイルの中華そばです。ワンタンは極薄。レアぎみで仕上がりのチャーシューは、柔らかな食感でおいしかったです。

店員很熱情款待，食物的價格不貴，餐單選擇有很多，點了吉烈豚肉丼和湯烏冬，味道都很好。店内環境亦很衛生。
