Imari Pottery Merchant Museum

Reference/Local/Exhibition/Literature Museum
The Inuzuka family's house, which was one of the most prominent pottery merchants and shipped ceramics to Osaka and Edo (present-day Tokyo), has been restored and opened to the public as a museum. The building, with a frontage of 3 ken and a depth of 8 ken, is a long, narrow building with a gabled roof and white-walled storehouses, which not only serves as a fire prevention measure but also gives the appearance of a stately merchant house.
