紅葉狩りの途中に立ち寄りましたが、手ごろな値段で手作り豆腐のセットランチが楽しめます。りんどう膳、ゆうすげ膳、はぎ膳、くぬぎ膳、花ランチセット等1,100-1,600円です。私はゆうすげ膳、友人はりんどう膳を注文しました。豆腐は絶品です。

今回は時間がなかったので豆腐料理食べれませんでした。豆腐の他に素敵な陶器やかいい手作りの小物がありました。次は豆腐料理食べに行きます。

自家製の釜焚豆腐や地元野菜を使った美味しいお料理でした。素材が良いので味付けも最小限で済むようで、食べるだけで体が喜ぶような品々です。取り扱うお野菜のこだわりを写真付きで紹介されていたりして、目の前にあるお料理の背景にある作り手の方の想いまでいただけた様で満たされた気持ちになりました。おごちそうさまでした(^^)
