Tomari Beach
A beach located a five-minute walk from Nobushi Port on the north side of the Shikinejima Island. The distinctive almost round-shaped cove is surrounded by shore. The waters off the beach are clear and shallow, making this a great place to bring the kids. Note that swimming out beyond the natural bay enclosing the beach is prohibited. Small fish and other sea creatures can be seen swimming in the bay. In the summer, a lifeguard is stationed on the beach and a shop also opens up onsite.
