"Gusuku Manju is located along Prefectural Route 81 in Chunjun, Kita-Nakagusuku Village, Nakagami County. It sells Manju buns, and the best-known kind is Asa Manju, which has a local seaweed, known as ""Asa,"" kneaded into the dough. The other two varieties available are made with azuki beans or sesame. The shop also sells Inarizushi (rice inside a pouch of fried tofu) made with Asa, as well as fried chicken flavored with shio koji (salt-marinated rice malt)"
