Located a 15-minute drive from the Oku Interchange on the Okayama Blue Line. This shop specializes in making paste foods made with the natural seasonal specialty ingredients of the Seto Inland Sea. Ever since the shops founding in 1951, they've continued to use the same traditional stone-ground techniques in the making of their healthy fried kamaboko fish paste. Highly recommended is their Irodori assortment of individually wrapped freshly made fried kamaboko. Also popular is their Nakamitsu Tempura Assortment B Set which contains two Yakinuki non-fried pieces of kamaboko and an assortment of 14 pieces of tempura including rolled Ushimado cabbage and fried nori seaweed rolls with Japanese yams.

ホテルの向かい側にあり、ホテルに立ち寄ったので伺いました。評判どおりの美味しさです。私は３時半に行きましたが、もう種類がなく、残念でした。出来立てでとても美味しい。ホテルの宿泊者も買いに来ていました。次は、早い時間に行きたいと思います。

ホテルリマーニ対面にあるかまぼこ屋さんです。自家製の新鮮なかまぼこがたくさんの種類あり試食しながら選べます。どれも新鮮で美味しいのですが、夏場は遠距離の持ち帰りができないのが残念です。その場で食べるのが一番美味しいかな。

とても種類が豊富です。何故か店内の試食が特別に美味しいけど、買って帰って食べてもとても美味しい。帰りの車の中でつまみ食いするのもとても美味しい。玉ねぎと明太子がおすすめです。
