Other Food

This confectionary shop is situated amidst Kurayoshi's Shirakabe Storehouses (White Wall District), notable for their white stucco walls and red roof tiles. This area has been designated the Kurayoshi City Utsubukitamagawa Important Preservation District for Groups of Traditional Buildings, and in a building representative of the district, the shop sells renowned local confections and souvenirs. Inside the spacious establishment, you can purchase the area's famous Utsubuki Koen Dango dumplings and Furoshiki Manju buns, as well as a seasonally varying selection of local specialty products. In addition to selling souvenirs, the shop also has a cafe area perfect for taking a break in between exploring the town. Note that the shop does not have its own parking lot and thus those visiting by car must make use of one of the tourist parking lots around the Shirakabe Storehouses.
