"Located on the second floor of the Minato Sakai Koryukan, this facility has informational panels and pamphlets on areas across Tottori and Shimane, and has an area which presents sightseeing destinations throughout the San'in area. In addition, the facility introduces manga comic artists from the area, presents information related to the ""Manga Kingdom Tottori"" campaign, and hosts a variety of events. Visitors can also take their time and read a numerous comic books by Shigeru Mizuki and Gosho Aoyama. Entry is free and food and drink are allowed, making this a place where you can take a break as well."
