A seven-minute walk from JR Otsukyo Station. This longstanding Japanese pickle shop was established in 1953 and is situated along the Wurzburg Strabe street east of Ojiyama General Sports Park. In addition to Japanese pickles, the shop makes and sells a wide variety of other products, such as funazushi (fermented carp sushi), tsukudani (soy sauce boiled preserved foods), and Japanese deli-style foods. The shop also offers free tours of its factory, and visitors can watch the machinery at work from a second floor window or observe manual production processes and receive detailed explanations from a skilled artisan. Note that factory tours are not offered on Sundays and holidays, which are also days when the shop is closed.

前回とても美味しかったので、また買いに行きました（＾＾）今回もしっかり試食して（笑）私はしそ大根のお漬物、主人は玉ねぎのお漬物。しそ大根はしっかり味がついていて白ごはんとお漬物だけでもさっぱり食べられます。玉ねぎのお漬物はさっぱりしていてシャキシャキしているのに苦くないのでおいしいです。

たくさん商品がありますが、それぞれちゃんと試食が準備されているのでしっかり選んで買うことができます。嵐の番組で紹介されたという「たべちゃい菜」という商品があり、それだけで食べても美味しく常温保存可だったので買って帰りました。卵焼きに入れたりご飯に混ぜたり重宝しています。
