10 minutes from the Shigaraki Interchange on the Shin-Meishin Expressway via National Route 307. This pottery shop is located in front of the entrance to Shigaraki Ceramic Cultural Park. The shop is filled with choice varieties of pottery that are hard to find even in Shigaraki, a center for ceramics. Standard items and knickknacks can be found on the first floor, while large items, outlet items, and bargain items are located on the second floor. Shigaraki ware is known for its tanuki (raccoon dog) statues, and the shop has an area with tanuki statues in all shapes and sizes. The shop also offers a fun pottery painting activity. In addition, the shop holds pottery classes which even beginners will enjoy, and participants can make pottery pieces by hand and using an electric potter's wheel.
