The restaurant serves healthy cuisine crafted primarily using painstakingly grown seasonal vegetables from the restaurant's own farm and other local specially contracted farms. The seafood used in the dinnertime chef's choice course is shipped straight from Yawatahama City, Ehime Prefecture; for an added fee, you can have the meat used for the course changed to Omi beef. The restaurant also offers a kids plate and allows customers to bring in hypoallergenic foods and baby food. Reservations only.

この地域の中ではトップクラスの料理が味わえるフレンチです。お店の売りである野菜が美味しいだけでなく、魚料理・肉料理も最高です。ここでしか味わえないソースも魅力です。個室ではありませんが、気楽に過ごせる雰囲気があって良いです。
