富貴豆のお店は数あれど、山田家さんの富貴豆が最高です。
これを食べたら、他はちょっと食べられない!
ひとりでもペロッと食べちゃいます。

ふうき豆を出すお店も増えましたが、ちょっと違うんだなあ。
ここのふうき豆は甘さとほっくり感が絶妙で、ダントツ一位の美味しさです。
おみやげによし、ペロッと一箱食べちゃいます。

山形で有名な豆菓子「ふうき豆」、とくに山田家さんの「白露ふうき豆」が人気のようです。
青えんどう豆・砂糖・塩だけで作られたシンプルなお菓子です。
綺麗なうぐいす色、見た目も鮮やかですね。
食べてみると、ほっくりとした食感、程良い甘さ、青えんどう豆の風味が際立ちます。
これは素晴らしい、今まで味わったことのない美味しさに感動です。
