This museum is located along Prefectural Route 35 in Aramachi, Mamurogawa Town, Mogami County. Its exhibitions center around the theme of living and working in the forests. The museum also has around 200 saws, forestry tools, hunting tools and everyday items from throughout the ages, as well as works by Mokurei Nakagawa, a local printmaker.
