Sennindo (Togawa Shrine)

This shrine is located in Furukuchi, Tozawa Village, Mogami County. It was founded by Hitachibou Kaison, a retainer of Minamoto no Yoshitsune, and has Yamato Takeru no Mikoto, the 12th Emperor of Japan, as its main enshrined deity. It is along the Mogami River, and is only accessible through the Yoshitsune Romance Sightseeing downstream course.
