Minazushi

This sushi restaurant is located along Prefectural Route 82 in Oonohara, Chichibu City. You can enjoy the “iwana sushi” that uses Chichibu Arctic char, “tochi-no-ha sushi” pressed sushi wrapped in a Japanese horse-chestnut leaf, Edomae-sushi, donburi bowl, and a la carte dishes. You can try the Arctic char sushi and a special seafood rice bowl they only make ten servings of a day at lunch time on weekdays.
