This udon shop celebrated its 40th anniversary in October of 2018. It's famous for being the first shop in Japan to offer Shimanto Ao-nori Udon. The shop makes every effort to use only seasonal local ingredients, selected with the utmost care, and offers udon made with skill to bring out their ingredients.

HTB番組の水曜どうでしょうで四国巡礼の時に訪れていたうどん屋さんの一つです。店内にも写真が飾ってあります。立派な店構えなので、お値段もそこそこします。私たちが訪れた時には釜揚げうどんがなく、青さのりのうどんをいただきました。

釜揚げうどんや、カレーうどんなど、食べてみたいメニューは多い。
クルマが無いと行きにくい場所にあるので、クルマで通る予定があれば、是非立ち寄りたいお店。
