Soba / Udon

This udon shop celebrated its 40th anniversary in October of 2018. It's famous for being the first shop in Japan to offer Shimanto Ao-nori Udon. The shop makes every effort to use only seasonal local ingredients, selected with the utmost care, and offers udon made with skill to bring out their ingredients.

釜揚げうどんや、カレーうどんなど、食べてみたいメニューは多い。
クルマが無いと行きにくい場所にあるので、クルマで通る予定があれば、是非立ち寄りたいお店。

知人から教えてもらい伺いました。
高知龍馬空港からレンタカーでそれなりの距離を移動してきてのランチでした。
夫婦で、天ぷらぶっかけ、と天ぷらかまあげ をいただきました。
天ぷらも美味しかったです。
店の雰囲気も良いです。
隣がコンビニなのも、車移動でのこういった場所の時には助かります。

『水曜どうでしょう』で紹介されて、高知へ来たら是非行きたいと思ってたお店の1つ。
昨年8月の初高知旅行で、四万十市内に宿を予約してたのもあり、夜ご飯にと宿から車で行きました。
品切れメニューを確認し、一番人気の大根おろしぶっかけを頂きました。程よい麺のコシとのどごしが丁度良く、美味しかったです。
次回は天ぷらうどんを頂きたいです。
