Kamameshi Hatsune
A 70-year-old kamameshi rice pot restaurant that operated in Muroto's bustling downtown area when whaling thrived and whale was often on the menu. Their popular kamameshi meal sets are the same today as when they were founded. Their highly popular Toritare-yaki is made with a whole grilled chicken thigh. They accommodate gatherings ranging from a few people to 100 and will adjust the menu to match your budget.

- 季節で具材が変わる季節の釜飯。お伺いした時期の旬の食材は、ちょうど8月で、トコブシでした。出汁の旨さとトコブシの歯ごたえとが、あっさりとしながらも味わい豊かでおいしく頂戴できました。他にもキンキづくし御膳があり、これは要予約とのことでした。次回お伺いする時には、是非とも食したいものです。
