Imajo Soba Dojo

Experience Hall / Accommodation Experience (Training) Facility
A hands-on soba noodle making shop location along Prefectural Route 231 in Daimon, Minamiechizen Town, Nanjo County. Learn to make soba noodles starting by stone grinding local Imajo grown buckwheat into pure buckwheat flour and then mixing that with local Japanese yams and spring water to make noodles. Then taste the fresh soba noodles that you made with your own two hands. In the winter you can try making low sodium additive free miso. Reservations required for all courses.
