A soba noodle shop located along National Route 476 in Imajo, Minamiechizen Town, Nanjo County. They serve handmade Echizen Imajo Soba using traditional methods inherited over 400 years. Enjoy the Fukui specialty Echizen Oroshi Soba, or Wasabi Soba made with local wasabi, or perhaps the Soba Set Meal served with traditional countryside cuisine. With prior reservation and at least four people you can also try the Soba Kaiseki traditional multi course meal.

おろしそばは650円が有名ですが私には辛すぎですのでざるそば800円にしましたが量は長野県よりは少なめですが腰はしっかりしていて美味しかった。

今庄は蕎麦の産地で有名だけど冬場は雪に閉ざされるせいか、意外と食せるところが少ない。そんな中で、ここは貴重なお店。
福井で蕎麦といえばおろし蕎麦ですが、せっかく海にも遠くないので、海鮮天ぷらがあればもっと嬉しいなぁ。

帰宅途中でどこかもう1軒くらいお蕎麦屋さんに行きたいと思ってたところに
営業してるお店発見 朝食食べたばっかでも誘惑に勝てない
お昼前でも営業してる店を偶然発見できてよかった
駐車場も停め放題のような場所だったので尚更良かったです
でも もしかして勘違いかも?^^
おろし蕎麦と厚揚げのセットがイチオシみたいだったので注文
お蕎麦は勿論ですが厚揚げも美味しかったです
店内にはお土産コーナーみたいな...
