Sabae Kashi Kobo Yamahatsu
A shop selling both Japanese and western-style confections located along National Route 417 in Kitano-cho 2-Chome, Sabae City. Along with their special Souffle Rolls, which wrap fresh whipped cream, strawberries, and kiwi in a soft gentle baked sponge cake, they sell western cakes and baked goods alongside Japanese treats including daifuku rice cake and dorayaki stuffed pancakes. A popular treat is their Ginjo Sake Manjuu buns made with the sake lees from the local famous 'Bon' sake.
