They also sell original products including Awara Onsen Bihadasui additive-free face lotion that is made with 100% hot-spring water and goods for the local mascot character, Yumeguri Gonzo.

芦原温泉駅1階にある観光案内所です。椅子もあり、お土産もあり駅周辺の散策マップ、福井の観光も紹介しています。2階に待合所がありますが、混んでいたらここで待つのもお勧めです。テレビはありませんが居心地は悪くありません。

福井鉄道のあわら駅に隣接しているおしえる座さんです。レンタサイクルの案内やあわら温泉の施設などを教えてくれます。

あわら湯のまち駅にある観光案内所です。売店も兼ねていて土産物も買うことができます。数量限定であわら温泉蒸っしゅプリンが売られていて、こちらがさつまいも感たっぷりで美味しかったです。案内の方も親切にいろいろ教えてくださり、とても助かりました。
