This public bathhouse is located just across Kawakubo Bridge in Hinoemata Village. The well-equipped bathhouse is equipped with outdoor baths and other facilities. The baths are fed from a dedicated free-flowing simple sulfur spring. The amazing scenery offered by the elevated location facing the Funamata River has earned the bathhouse many fans. Please note that the facility has different operating hours from April 1st to late April, from late April to early November, and from early November to the end of March. Make sure to check the hours before visiting.

檜枝岐温泉の共同浴場

奥会津にある檜枝岐温泉の共同浴場のひとつ。こちらは単純硫黄泉になります。成分が少なくてあっさりめ。適温です。内湯は木組みで露天もあり。露天からは紅葉がきれいに見れました。ややぬめりもあります。

ほのかに硫黄の匂いがする、源泉掛け流しの温泉です。これで500円は安いです。施設も綺麗で、気持ちよく利用させてもらってます。
檜枝岐村中心部奥にある共同浴場

福島県檜枝岐村の中心部の奥にある共同浴場です。建て替えられたのか、建物や浴槽は比較的新しかったです。この施設の源泉は単純硫黄泉。ほんのりと硫黄の香りが漂う湯がかけ流しで利用されていました。露天風呂に比べ、内湯浴槽の湯の方が状態は良かったです。
