Sobadokoro Magariya

This soba restaurant is located at the entrance to the Maezawa Magariya Village. The restaurant uses buckwheat flour produced by Aizu Kogen Tateiwa Nosan, its operating company. Everything from growing, drying, blending, and stone grinding the buckwheat to making the soba noodles is done in-house. The sauces the soba is served with are made by hand as well. Their namasoba (fresh soba noodles) made with 100% buckwheat flour is popular for its springiness and great throat feel. The restaurant only operates during the period that the Maezawa Magariya Village is open to visitors.

    雰囲気あるそば屋で、曲家集落の入口にある店です。そばはコシがあってのどごしが良く、おいしかった。少し残念なのは天ぷら。やや古い油の匂いがした。小鉢に豆腐とはっとうが付いていたのでお腹も満足した。
