This facility exhibits models of the world's great sailing ships. The exhibitions start in the powerful entry hall, where displays show materials related to the sea, ships, and port, as well as the development of ocean floor mineral development, and the whole museum offers a chance to see, know, and learn about the sea from a variety of perspectives. They also offer different cultural classes about the sea and other topics.

世界の帆船の模型に加え、SDGｓに関する展示、伏木富山港の沿革や経済的意義の説明といった専門的内容の展示施設だった。海事船舶関係に興味がある大人であれば、楽しめるかな？といった感じの施設だった。

海王丸パーク内にある施設。入館無料。海と反対側の入口には海王丸の実習生・乗組員がロープを編んで作ったウェルカムボードが置かれている。館内にあるケースには様々な帆船の模型が展示され、壁には富山港などの解説パネルが貼られている。海側入口脇にはカフェ(KAIWOMARU CREW CAFE)があるので、海王丸見学後の休憩に立ち寄るのもいいでしょう。
