Nishinoya Mimasaka Store (西の屋 美作店)
This restaurant is located along the Izumo Highway in Nyuta, Mimasaka City. Besides restaurants and a parlor offering local cuisine such as the Okayama specialty of matsuri-zushi (scattered sushi), special chanpon (hearty noodle dish with pork, seafood and vegetables), set meals, rice bowls, noodle dishes, seasonal courses and hot pots, there is also a souvenir corner that sells Okayama specialty products.
