This bakery on the Oishi-kogen Highland is only open on Saturdays and Sundays. Housed in a log cabin, there's a great view of the surrounding woodland from the terrace seating. It's a lovely way to enjoy the charms of nature with birdsong and the cool breeze passing through the valley. All of their products are additive-free. Their mountain shaped bread and their bacon knot filled with cream cheese and mustard get good reviews. They also serve juice and light fare like pizza and spaghetti, as well as items only available for a limited time.

山の中にある隠れ家的パン屋さん。天然酵母の美味しいパンは店内でも食べられます。パスタやスープもあり。生石高原に向かう途中にあります。途中狭い道なのでご注意を。

自然で暖かいビーフシチューをたべることが初めてです。肉に対してこだわりがり、ワインでかけて、時間がかかりました分、美味しさに変わり、やわらかくて噛まなくて溶けました。パンと一緒に食べるとさらにうまくなりました。
店内のパスタとピザがおすすめです。

生石高原にある天然酵母を使ったパン屋さんです。パンも美味しいですが、店内で食事ができて、そちらでいただくパスタとピザがおすすめです。それぞれ1種類だけですが、具も多く塩気が程よくきいて味が良いです。土曜日、日曜日のみの営業です。また、お店にたどり着くまでの道が狭いので、お気を付けください。
