A bread bakery situated along National Route 303 in Kinomoto Kinomoto-cho, Nagahama City. Examples of breads and bread-based foods made by the bakery which have been a favorite of locals for many years include the signature “Salad Pan,” a sandwich offered since the establishment first opened in 1951 consisting of takuan pickled daikon radish and mayonnaise served in a “koppe pan” bread roll; the simply named “Sandwich,” which consists of just mayonnaise and fish ham served on shokupan bread; the “Castella Sandwich;” and “Lunch Pan” bread.

鶏足寺じの紅葉狩りとマキノのメタセコイヤ並木紅葉散策帰りにたちよりしました。以前から撮り鉄仲間で評判のサラダパン目当てで行きました。懐かしい味でさっぱりしたサラダが良かったですよ。ちょっと物足りなさが良いのかな❤️

以前からメディアでよく紹介されている「サラダパン」を買いに行ってきました。名前は「サラダパン」ですが、具材は、たくあん+特製マヨネーズです。自宅に持ち帰って食べてみましたが、昭和レトロな美味しさを感じました。
