The only place we eat when we visit. Consistently tasty. Be there in two weeks cant wait. Never seen mushrooms so huge!

お店が手打ちした「うどん」と特徴的な大きな「椎茸」、そして出汁のとても美味しい「あんかけ」の熱々うどん!
手打ちうどんと出汁だけで大満足でした。しかしどうしてこんなに大きな椎茸を一つ入れてるのかを聞き忘れたのが心残り。。。

長浜には何度もきていますが、近江牛など食べたい物が沢山あり、なかなか食べる機会がありませんでした。
通り掛かり老舗の雰囲気のお店に。
やはり一度は食べてみたいと、のっぺいうどんを頼みました。
大きな木のフタがされ運ばれてきました。フタをあけると、大きなしいたけが煮たもの、ゆば、かまぼこ、ほうれん草、薬味の生姜。餡かけになって汁は熱々です。うどんは自家製麺。
特別美味しいと思えず、普通でした。
