Omimaiko Nakahama Beach

A swimming beach located in Minamikomatsu, Otsu City. Known as “Ryofu, Cool Breeze - Omatsuzaki no Hakutei,” one of the eight most picturesque places on Lake Biwa, the white sands of this beach, located on Omatsuzaki, have been a sightseeing destination since ancient times, and here visitors can enjoy swimming and other fun beach activities. The Otsu Shiga Fireworks Festival is also held here in the summer.
