A public park located in Oiwakeminami, Kusatsu City. Facilities include a sports plaza with street basketball courts, flower plaza, playground, day camp area, outdoor stage, and insects house where children can play with rhinoceros beetles. An indoor pool is open on park grounds from mid-May to late September, while an outdoor pool is open from late July to late September.

草津市街の南の山手にある。急激な拡大を続ける草津市としては新幹線や高速道路の通るあたりは立命館や龍谷、滋賀医大などの大学を中心とした一大学研エリアであって、貴重な自然の残る住宅地の一部となりつつあるのだろうか。ロクハ荘とプールといった施設を中心に、ロクハ池の周囲にはスポーツ広場・野外ステージ・キャンプ場もあるらしい。入口近くの駐車場には利用料金表示があったが誰もいなくて徴収されなかった。
夏は水プール、冬は落ち葉プール

場所は車がないと厳しいですが、公園は広くて遊具も充実しています。夏は市民プールがあり、冬は同じ場所に落ち葉を詰めたプールとなります。子供を遊ばせるのに最適です。
綺麗な公園

無料で遊べる綺麗な公園です。遊具施設もあり、夏にはプールやデイキャンプなどもできます。春は桜も綺麗なのでお花見されている方も多いです。
