A roadside station situated along the Nishi-Oumi Road in Kaizu Makino-cho, Takashima City. The station sells naturally grown shiitake mushrooms, a Makino specialty product, and other local agricultural products; mackerel sushi; bento box lunches; and snacks and other processed foods. The station’s restaurant serves homemade, stone-milled soba noodles made with local buckwheat, as well as set meals. There’s also an adjoining bread bakery which uses locally grown rice flour.

見た目は小規模な感じの道の駅ですが、いざ入ってみると意外と奥行きがあってお買い物が楽しめます。お野菜と果物が安いですよ。
広い駐車場

国道161号線にある道の駅で、福井方面から南下すると、初めて琵琶湖を望むことのできる峠にあります。駐車場も広く、地元でとれた新鮮野菜、特産品が販売され、米粉パン、打ちたて本格そばを食べることができます。
