Kariyado no Geba Zakura
This spot in Kariyado Fujinomiya City is famous for its cherry blossoms. It is known for a more than 800 year-old hill cherry tree, Japan's oldest, that Minamoto no Yoritomo is said to have tied his horse to while on a hunt in 1193. The tree has been designated as an National Special Natural Monument. The area is also notable for the beautiful rape blossoms grown in the surrounding area.
