This chic soba noodle restaurant offers guests good times, regional cuisine made with the special products from Suruga Bay and Izu region, a carefully-curated selection of local sake. Naturally, each meal is finished off with a serving of soba noodles. In addition to local sake from Shizuoka breweries, each with their own distinct personalities, the restaurant also offers uncommon spirits like soba shochu. This distilled beverage made from buckwheat can be enjoyed served mixed with sobayu (water left over after boiling soba noodles) or dattan soba tea.

熱海の人気店と聞き、訪問しました。立派なつくりと中はうす暗く落ち着いた雰囲気でお蕎麦をいただけます。
今回は金ゴマそばをうどんといっしょに頼みましたが、それぞれ1人前ずつが2枚盛となっていてボリュームタップリ。そばも美味しかったです。

熱海の街をぶらついていて、趣のある店構えに惹かれて入店しました
外のメニューに新鮮なシラス、桜海老の天ぷらと有り、どちらか迷いましたが、ざるそばに桜海老の天ぷら盛り合わせを注文

カリッとした、歯ごたえのしっかりした天ぷら
家ではこうは行かない、注文してよかった〜と思いました

お蕎麦は冷たいお水でしっかりしめてあって、私好み
文句なしの美味しさでした

いつも混んでます。名前書いて並びますが、13時過ぎですぐ入れました。
私達の定番
かき揚げ天ぷらを一つシェアし、せいろ大盛と私はくるみおろし
天ぷらの油の後さっぱりいただけ美味しいです
