The restaurant serves handmade chilled noodles and rare cuts of Japanese wagyu beef for barbecuing, such as the signature Tsubozuke Kalbi pickled rib meat. Lunch selections include a wagyu kalbi set, bibimbap set cooked in a stone bowl, and a yukhoe jang gukbap set.

外観をみれば想像できる高級な焼肉店ですが美味しさを考慮すれば納得です。名物の壺漬のカルビは写真を撮るのも忘れるほど。
今度は気になっていた冷麺も食べてみたいですね

ランチで行きました。肉が上質で食べていてうれしくなります。ご飯がお代わりし放題なので、食べ盛りの息子も大満足、お店はおしゃれですが肩ひじはらなくとも大丈夫。

遠方から来名の義姉と夫婦という構成で行ってきました。建物がゴージャスなのでおもてなし感を演出できました。お肉は値段なりのいいお肉でした。昔からの常連さんは味が落ちたと言われるそうですが。あとは韓国料理が他の焼き肉屋さんよりは種類があります。カンジャンケジャンはちょっと臭みがあり残しました。普段使いはできないかな。
