An art museum standing along Prefectural Route 43 in Otoha-machi, Hekinan City. The museum's collection primarily consists of works by craft artisan Tatsukichi Fujii, who was born in what is now the Tanao area in Hekinan City; as well as woodblock prints, Japanese paintings, oil paintings, watercolors, sculpture, and collections of works by other artists. A cafe owned and operated by Pan Kobo Muginoie, a bakery located in Tsurumi-machi, Hekinan City, can also be found in the museum.

碧南駅から徒歩5分。地元出身の美術工芸家である藤井達吉の顕彰などを目的として開館した美術館。通常は入館無料だが、訪館した時は企画展「企画展 空間に線を引く―彫刻とデッサン」が開催されており観覧料は700円であった。
失礼ながら地域に似つかわしくないおしゃれな外観の建物であるが、これは旧碧南商工会議所をリノベーションしたもので、ロングライフビル推進協会の賞を受賞しているそうである。

寺町大浜地区のある美術館で外観も寺町にマッチしてます。見学は無料で展示も充実してました。カフェスペースもあるので観光の休憩にも良いとお思います。

近くに来た際に寄りましたが小さな美術館です、建物は綺麗で新しそうです、カフェには少しの人達が居ましたが、あまり人が居ませんでしたので入りませんでしたが、駐車場が隣に数台分有ります。催しは行なっていませんでした。
