洋画家・三岸節子の生家跡に建設され、尾西市三岸節子記念美術館として開館、市町村合併に伴い、一宮市三岸節子記念美術館となった。織物工場を思わせるのこぎり屋根や、節子の生前から残る土蔵を改修た土蔵展示室など、彼女の思い出と深くかかわったデザインとなっている。
展示内容により好みは分かれる

地味な美術館です。たまたま今は超有名な小松美羽展開催中撮影可のめっちゃ嬉しい展示通常は撮影不可です。三岸節子さん好きならよい美術館かも展示次第で好み分かれると思います。建物は織物工場のノコギリ屋根をオマージュ？お一人様度☆☆☆☆デート度☆☆☆☆入場料800円障害者手帳あれば付き添いまで無料

小さい美術館ですが、定期的に特別展示も変わるので興味深いです。県外からの友人も行きたがる美術館で地元民も何度訪れても飽きることがなくおすすめです。
