Located approximately a three-minute drive from the Ise Expressway Omiyaodai Interchange, this roadside station sells specialty products unique to Oku Ise centered on seasonal vegetables. The cafeteria has many kinds of noodles and set meal items, and the daily lunch item filled with handmade side dishes using seasonal vegetables is especially popular. There are many recommended items, four kinds of local burger using plenty of specialty products, such as venison, sweetfish, green tea, wasabi and shiitake mushrooms harvested in Odai-cho, Uchiyama Ranch soft-serve ice cream, and old-fashioned handmade mochi rice cakes including naisho-mochi and pocchari-mochi.

ちょっとしたスーパーのよう

駐車場が広くてトイレ休憩・ショッピング・食事にも最適な道の駅です。比較的新しい施設だけでなく、休憩所や観光案内センターまであるのがすごい。産直市場には地元で取れた新鮮な野菜果物などが並び、種類もたくさんあってちょっとしたスーパーのよう。ランチメニューが充実したレストランも併設されていて、食事をするお客さんで混んでいました。

マックスバリュなどがある大きな商業エリアの道の駅。道の駅というより、地元の方々が買い出しにみえる大きなスーパーというような感じでした。お酒は置いてありましたが、種類は少な目。観光のついでに寄る道の駅…とはちょっとイメージが違うかな。
野菜が豊富

野菜目当てで立ち寄りました。夕方になると、売り切れの野菜が多いので、早めに行かれる事をオススメします。お店の入り口横のソフトクリームに列が出来てました。次回はソフトクリームを買いたいです。
