Ise Municipal Yasuragi Park Swimming Pool

The Ise Municipal Yasuragi Park Swimming Pool is located southwest of the Ise Jingu Outer Shrine in the city of Ise. The three pools include a 25-meter swimming pool, a flowing water pool, and a children's pool with a small waterslide. It is open for only two months each year, from early July to the end of August. The admission fee entitles guests to stay for three hours, and those who stay longer are charged extra by the hour. While the pools are open, there are a variety of events for children. The children's pool is open for water play, even to children in diapers, so these pools are a lively spot for family groups during the summer vacation period.
